Modern slavery statement.

This statement is published voluntarily by Ortent Advisory Ltd in support of the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Ortent's annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold at which Section 54 of the Act mandates a slavery and human trafficking statement, and we are therefore not statutorily required to publish one. We publish this statement to make our position transparent to clients, partners and procurement counterparts.

1. About Ortent

Ortent Advisory Ltd ("Ortent", "we", "us") is a UK-incorporated advisory practice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17176275, with our registered office at 14/2E Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX. Our work is operator-led commercial and board advisory for PE-backed B2B SaaS businesses, with depth in life sciences and digital health markets.

2. Our business and supply chain

Ortent is a small advisory practice. Our principal supply chain consists of:

We do not manufacture goods, hold inventory, run a physical premises with operational staff, or contract directly with overseas labour. Our supply chain is overwhelmingly UK-based and digital.

3. Risk assessment

We assess our exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking risk as low. The risk profile of professional services and SaaS infrastructure providers in the UK and US is materially lower than the sectors most associated with modern slavery (manufacturing, construction, agriculture, hospitality, garment production). We will revisit this assessment annually and at any point if our supply chain changes materially.

We review this statement annually. The Principal of Ortent Advisory Ltd reviews any changes to the supply chain, sub-contractor engagements or risk profile during the year and updates this statement as required. We will publish revised statements at the same URL on each annual review.
